QSF Jazzfest performances

We are very excited to partner with Jazz Festival to host amazing shows daily at 4PM. Join us for these FREE shows:

Friday, June 21: Funk-A-Tron-5000 is an eclectic junk and jazz with a magnetic stage presence.

Saturday, June 22: Start the day off right with Off-Jazz brunch featuring phenom Jeremy Ajani Jordan. Then at 4PM, Graven and The Firing Squad take the stage. With absolute special songbird Vicki Brittle. Expect some fireworks!

Sunday, June 23: We’re pleased to welcome all-time fave Kimberly Sunstrom + The Wilds. Kimberly is a seasoned performer, always entertaining and fun.

Monday, June 24:  Although Jazz Festival stages are dark on Monday, QSF saves the day with Pianoman Mondays and Jeff Rogers! Jeff will tickle the ivories and warm your heartstrings with his soulful delivery of classic standards.

Tuesday, June 25: We welcome Riishi Von Rex to our stage, for an afternoon set of howl and jazz-rock. Featuring Ottawa’s busiest drummer, Michael Delage.

Wednesday, June 26: Pimienta Blanca will channel the Caribbean for a set of Latin-tinged flavour. Expect some Buena Vista and Joe Henderson riffs.

Thursday, June 27: We’ll bring you DeeDee 7even! Bring your dancing shoes and expect some hair to be let down. Funk and disco figure prominently in this synth-driven percussive mix.

Friday, June 28:  Bella Cat unleashed with a 3 piece horn section and DJ! Featuring new tracks produced by Caylan Penny

Saturday, June 29: What a busy day! Have brunch starting at 11AM with Jeremy Ajani Jordan, and continue with a 4PM show with Melanie E.  This French Jazz ensemble will charm you with traditional Quebec and French songs.

Sunday, June 30: Closing out the Festival on a high note: Patterns of Change quartet will light up the QSF stage.
